What we sell or share: Nothing. DisclosureIQ does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics tracking. The form below also covers requests to know, correct, or delete your data so you have one place to send any privacy request.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else (for example, an authorized agent under CCPA Section 1798.140(i)), please include written proof of authorization.

What happens to your request

We log the request, your stated identity, and the timestamp so we have an audit trail.
We verify the request matches an account or session we have on file.
We act on the request and confirm completion to the email you provided.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
